IS THERE A SPECIAL ROOM BLOCK
Yes. We have a room block at the hotel for guests who are attending the Elevate Summit. Room rates are $317 per night. The link will be sent to you as soon as you purchase your ticket. First come first served basis. Expires 05/12/2025. The rate will only apply for June 8-10. If guests are staying longer, a second reservation will need to be made. If the room block is full, please email rqandkelly@gmail.com and we will see if there is any availability.
IF I AM FLYING, WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO
The best option to fly into is Nashville International Airport (BNA) will be the closest to the event. It is about 8 miles away and normally less than 11 minutes away. You can take an Uber/Lyft from the airport.
DRESS CODE ATTIRE
Dress to your vibe.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT
Each attendee will be given a workbook for the event. Please bring extra healthy snacks to tide you over between meal breaks. The room may get cold so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket depending on your comfort level. If you are going to join us for our workout session, please bring workout gear and athletic shoes.
IS MY TICKET TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds nor can we offer assistance with cancelation or other fees associated with hotel accommodations, airline or ground transportation.
However, tickets can be transferred if you can not make it. Please email rqandkelly@gmail.com with the information of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to. We will need first name, last name, email address and phone number. Any ticket transfers must be requested before 06/01/25.
